American Power Bill: Insidious Legislation

To The Editor:
The prevailing explanation we are given to explain terrorism is that others hate us because of our freedom, our way of life and our independence. This administration hates America for the same reasons. It is doing everything it can to destroy our freedom, our way of life, our independence.
The bill introduced recently, The American Power Act, is one more attempt to do so. Please encourage your readers to contact their federal representatives, those who represent themselves, their financial donors, other special interest groups and other politicians, instead of us. Tell them to kill this insidious legislation. I sent all senators and our two congressmen the following:
Federal Government Terrorism: Insidious legislation by any other name is still insidious. The federal government’s blatant attack on Americans by trying to reduce their independence and take yet more of their money defines the American Power Act, formerly titled Cap and Trade.
Prove you care about our America. Vote no on this bill, this attempt to weaken America by making citizens more dependent on this power-grabbing federal government.
