Monday, Aug. 1: Hot roast beef sandwich, gravy, peas, salad, chocolate pudding, vegetable barley soup.
Dinner: Tuna pasta salad on lettuce, roll, cookies, apple juice.
Tuesday, Aug. 2: Herb baked chicken, gravy, rice pilaf, Capri mixed vegetables, applesauce, bread.
Dinner: Salami sandwich on rye, potato salad, pears, tomato juice.
Wednesday, Aug.3: BBQ pork loin, mashed potatoes, succotash, roll, salad, vanilla cake w/icing, bread.
Dinner: Bologna, lettuce, bread, Ambrosia, vegetable juice.
Thursday, Aug. 4: Knockwurst, sauerkraut, carrots, mashed potatoes, salad, fruit cocktail, bread, chicken vegetable soup.
Dinner: Chicken salad, roll, lettuce, tomato, peaches, cranberry juice.
Friday, Aug. 5: Cubed steak, fried onions, gravy, augratin potatoes, green beans, carrot salad, apricots, bread, milk.
Dinner: Cold platter, egg salad, pasta salad, tomato, roll, butterscotch pudding, orange juice.
