WILDWOOD – Wildwood Police released body camera videos showing the May 26 arrest of a Philadelphia woman cited for underage drinking, according to media reports.
A video taken by a bystander, which showed an officer punching Emily Weinman, 20, in the head during the arrest, went viral online over Memorial Day Weekend.
Weinman was charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, aggravated assault by spitting bodily fluids at/on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, obstruction, and minor in possession of alcohol.

The officers involved in the arrest are Patrolmen Thomas Cannon, John Hillman, and Robert Jordan, according to NJ.com. All are Class II special law enforcement officers. It’s unclear which officer punched Weinman.
The incident remains under investigation.
