By On Deck Staff

Rutgers Cooperative Extension’s Family and Community Health Sciences Department will host a “Wellness Night” for grandparents raising grandchildren on Thursday, March 5, 5:30-7:30 p.m. the Cape May County Technical School, Crest Haven Complex, Cape May Court House, in classroom #325.
The building is handicap accessible.
Learn how to live a healthier lifestyle by managing stress. We’ll provide tips for taking care of your mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to our educational program, we will also provide a “pampering session” for the grandparents. Grandparents may choose to have their hair styled, a manicure, or a facial.
There is no charge for this program, but advanced registration is required.
Call 609-465-5115, ext. 609 by March 5 to register, or for more information.
When registering, please indicate the type of “pampering” service you have selected. A light supper will be served at 5:30 p.m., and childcare will be provided.
