Weather Service Issues Urban, Small Stream Flood Advisory

MOUNT HOLLY — The National Weather Service has issued an urban and small stream flood advisory for northwestern Cape May County and the following other areas:
Western Atlantic, south central Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties in southern New Jersey as well as extreme north central Kent County and extreme northeastern New Castle County in Delaware.
The advisory was issued at 12:46 p.m. and lasts until 4:45 p.m.
National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy rain moving through the advised area. An additional two inches of rain could fall over the next couple of hours.
