COURT HOUSE – National Weather Service has cancelled the winter storm warning for Cape May County, and replaced it with a winter weather advisory.
The advisory remains in effect until 4 a.m. Monday, March 2.
According to the National Weather Service, any residual freezing rain will be ending, but the effects of the winter storm will continue through the night.
Temperatures will remain in the lower to mid 30s. However, ground surface temperatures are below freezing.
Expect slippery traveling and walking conditions tonight. Expect travel delays if driving. Additional power outages may occur.
A winter weather advisory means that periods of freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities and use caution while driving.
