Over 1700 Reported to be Without Power in Middle Township

Over 1700 customers are reported to be without power according to Atlantic City Electric. The majority of outages are in the Mayville and Burleigh sections of Middle Township. Power is expected to be restored between 1 and 3 a.m. on Sunday May 9.
The Middle Township Fire Police were activated to assist with Route 9 and Indian Trail and Shellbay Ave intersections which were left without traffic signals in the outage.
