Heat Advisory Update: N. Wildwood Opens Cool Rec. Center

NORTH WILDWOOD — North Wildwood Emergency Management has announced that anyone who is without air conditioning is urged to go to the Recreation Center on Central Avenue between Ninth and 10th avenues.
The center will be open as a “cooling shelter” from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today (Aug. 10).
There are plenty of chairs set up. A TV, pool table, and game room are available.
