DOVER, DEL. – A 4.1 magnitude earthquake was felt in Delaware.
U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) confirms the earthquake occurred 6 miles northeast of Dover base housing at 4:47 p.m. Nov. 30.
Similar shakes were felt in Cape May County about the same time.
