Gusty winds with the possibility of small hail and torrential rains may occur as a result of the storms. An enhanced threat for rapid fire growth with continue today as fuel moistures remain dry and a strong southerly wind forms. However, an increase in surface dew points may prohibit relative humidities from dropping below red flag criteria.
