VIDEO: Water Rescue in North Wildwood

A 2016 North Wildwood water rescue. Wildwood Crest is looking to train its first responders in water rescue over the upcoming winter.

NORTH WILDWOOD – Unconfirmed reports indicate North Wildwood emergency and rescue units responded to and performed an in-water rescue around 8:30 p.m. Aug. 6 in the vicinity of the 14th Avenue beach.
Observers reported seeing at least two people, possibly three, rescued, but that number has not been confirmed, nor has the condition of those rescued been released.
