WILDWOOD – U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Director Vincent Kane met with veterans at American Legion Post 184, Wildwood May 13 to get feedback on plans to set up a new medical clinic in Cape May County, The Press of Atlantic City reports.
Kane is waiting on approvals from VA leadership in Washington before he can start a competitive bidding process to build the clinic, which could open by early 2019. No decisions have been made as to the location, the report continued.
