RIO GRANDE – Fulling Mill Road/Rt. 47 traffic light is fully functional, according to Middle Township Police.
The traffic light had been uncovered and flashing yellow July 2.
Senator Jeff Van Drew announced in May that the project would be completed and the light would be turned on by mid-July.
