NORTH WILDWOOD – North Wildwood Police Department reported that Spruce Avenue (Route 147) will be closed westbound at Maryland Avenue June 20. It is expected to open in the afternoon June 20.
Vehicular traffic attempting to leave the island will be detoured onto Maryland Avenue, then onto Anglesea Drive. There will be one lane open eastbound on Spruce Avenue (Route 147) approaching Virginia Avenue. Expect delays.
