2.) Service Road is closed at Roseann Avenue but is accessible from Heidi Avenue.
2.) The 200 block of Roseann Avenue is still accessible from Deborah Avenue, from Croydon Drive and from Amhurst Road (with space constraints at Amhurst Road). Caution is advised.

Lawn and landscape restoration work, work will follow the completion of the remaining concrete work as weather permits.
Roadway reconstruction and asphalt paving work will begin after the mandatory 60 day backfill soil settlement period (this 60 day period begins when the last stormwater main pipe and Grit Chamber 3 backfill operations have been completed).
