COURT HOUSE – The Garden State Parkway northbound Exit 9 ramp at Shell Bay Avenue will be closed Sept. 28, as well as Oct. 2 and Oct. 5. The purpose of the closure is to permit non-vegetative paving and the installation of a guard rail.
Drivers are asked to use Exit 10 (Stone Harbor Boulevard) as an alternate route.
