AVALON – Shortly after 3 p.m. March 20, Avalon Boulevard reopened.
The temporary shoring erected by the contractor working on Ingram’s Thorofare Bridge, passed inspection, according to County Engineer Robert Church. With that, the highway was reopened to traffic.
