Sharpen your blueberry-prunning skills

The Cape May County Beach Plum Association and The Cape May County Board of Agriculture in conjunction with Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County offers a hands-on workshop to teach beginners how to prune blueberry bushes. All are welcome.
Bring your pruners and clippers (preferably not anvil pruners), and dress for the weather.
Jenny Carleo, agricultural agent, will lead the workshop on Saturday, March 7, at 10 a.m. at the Allen Family Blueberry Farm, 26 Tarklin Road, Belleplain.
The Allen Family Blueberry Farm is located through Tuckahoe Nurseries’ driveway. Rain Date: Sunday, March 8, at 1 p.m.
If you would like to stay and practice your skills, lunch will be provided at noon.
