SEA ISLE CITY — City Council candidates Mary Tighe, Jack Gibson and J.B. Feeley officially announce their candidacy by filing over 300 petitions Feb. 24 in the City Clerk’s office. Tighe, Gibson and Feeley filed under the slogan “Committed to Community, Dedicated to Progress.” Mary Tighe and Jack Gibson are seeking reelection to City Council. JB Feeley, no stranger to community service is seeking his first term on Sea Isle’s Council.
While filing Mary Tighe stated that, “As I became active in city politics I realized how gratifying it is to serve my community. If reelected I pledge to continue representing all residents of Sea Isle and give my best effort to lead Sea Isle into the future.”
Jack Gibson had this to say when asked about his run for City Council, “I wish to continue to use my governmental expertise to ensure Sea Isle’s viability as a premier seashore resort.”
JB Feeley, the newcomer to Sea Isle politics, is ready for the challenge and stated, “I am ready to put my experience and years of public service to work for Sea Isle City and I am happy to join the team.”
Tighe, Gibson and Feeley are asking for your vote on May 9 for City Council.
