Just hours to go before tomorrow’s crucial primary election and the Integrity – Independence – Republican ticket of Jerry Thornton and Sue Sheppard distributed their 1000th yard sign onto the front yard of a Thornton-Sheppard supporter.
“It is amazing that 1000 Cape May County families have had the courage to place our lawn sign in their front yards,” said Freeholder Jerry Thornton. “We’re talking the front lawn, not some intersection. The incredible support we’ve been shown by the people of Cape May County really has us optimistic about election day tomorrow.”
Sue Sheppard added, “We are so excited to have so much support for our Column 3 team. We did not take the bait from our opponents. We did not get down in the mud. We stayed positive and the voters have responded by giving us the momentum heading into tomorrow’s election.”
