Small Business Experience Needed in State Assembly; Republicans Sam Fiocchi and Jim Sauro Have It; Democrats Andrzejczak and Land Don’t

Over the last decade plus, South Jersey’s economy has continued to fall further and further behind New Jersey as a whole. Overtaxing and overregulating by the liberal politicians in Trenton, coupled with a longtime State Senator who prefers empty talk and broken promises over decisive action and real accomplishment, has led to soaring unemployment, fewer and fewer local jobs, and a deteriorating quality of life for families, children, seniors and small business owners in Cape May, Cumberland and Atlantic Counties.
Now, South Jersey is at a crossroads. North Jersey Democrats, and their special interest friends connected to the Obama Administration, are pushing hard for North Jersey casinos, which will further drain our regional economy. If you were wondering why these liberal special interests are flooding your television and mailbox with dishonest negative advertisements against Republicans Sam Fiocchi and Jim Sauro, it’s because these Democrats want politicians down in South Jersey that they can control – like Bob Andrzejczak and Bruce Land.
While both Andrzejczak and Land are nice guys and honorable veterans, the reality is that they have zero private sector business experience and lack the qualifications necessary to tackle the very serious economic and fiscal challenges plaguing South Jersey. We need people representing us that know these issues inside and out, and how to defend them and advocate for them on the floor of the State Assembly.
People like Republicans like Sam Fiocchi and Jim Sauro.
Fiocchi and Sauro have decades of real world experience as successful small business owners in South Jersey who understand what it’s like to balance a budget, meet a payroll, create jobs and grow the economy.
As a young man, Fiocchi took over the family business with his mother and brother after the sudden passing of his father. From there, Fiocchi helped build his family’s small business into a successful company that served the agricultural industry in South Jersey, creating local jobs.
Despite the dishonest smears from the liberal special interests attacking him, Fiocchi has paid all of his taxes, every penny. In fact, between him and his small businesses, Fiocchi has paid nearly $500,000 in property taxes in just the last several years. The fact that Democrats Andrzejczak and Land, who have never managed a business, would attack Fiocchi for paying a couple bills a few days late shows how clueless they are about the challenges of running a South Jersey small business.
Sauro is a master plumber who runs his own plumbing, heating and water care business. Jim doesn’t just sit behind a desk either; he is out getting his hands dirty on jobs and interacting with customers on a daily basis. He understands the challenges of running a small business and will bring that perspective to Trenton as an Assemblyman.
Sauro believes that the high taxes, excessive spending and endless red tape out of Trenton is what is driving businesses and jobs to neighboring states and sucking the life out of South Jersey’s economy. He was stunned to see Andrzejczak vote to increase taxes this year on individuals and businesses, just two years after Andrzejczak said he would cut taxes. It’s just another example of someone like Andrzejczak going to Trenton and having Trenton and their wealthy special interests change him.
Election Day is almost upon us, and South Jersey has a unique opportunity to elect two successful small business owners who can represent our region, and forcefully and articulately make the case for real economic and fiscal reforms that can change our fortunes for the better.
Republicans Sam Fiocchi and Jim Sauro would be honored to have your vote, and respectfully ask for your consideration for State Assembly.
Paid for by Fiocchi-Sauro for Assembly, Ron Gravino, Treasurer, 2087 Shore Rd., Seaville, NJ 08230
