Mayoral Candidates Present Views on Wildwood’s Concerns

WILDWOOD — Candidates for Wildwood’s city commission appeared before a Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce session Thur., April 22 at the organization’s headquarters to present their views on municipal topics that ranged from consolidation of services to methods to connect with voters in better fasion.
Those seeking election include, for commission: Peter Byron, Anthony Leonetti, Ernie Troiano Jr., Sandra Richardson, Al Brannen, Edward “Chip” E. Harshaw Sr., and Dara Baltuskonis.
Also on the ballot will be a binding question, whether the city should reduce the number of positions in the police department.
A non-binding question asks whether the voters want to move municipal elections to November from May. If the vote is in affirmative, the next municipal election would be November 2015.
