COURT HOUSE – Cape May County Freeholders today endorsed the Republican Legislative ticket of Dave DeWeese for Senate and Sam Fiocchi and Suzanne Walters for Assembly. Freeholders Desiderio, Sheets, Thornton and Sheppard have embarked on a media blitz to bring voters to the DeWeese, Fiocchi and Walters ticket. The four Freeholders will appear in print and radio ads touting their support for the Republican ticket and urging voters to join them at the polls on Nov. 8 to vote for DeWeese for Senate and Fiocchi and Walters for Assembly.
“I’m voting for Dave DeWeese for State Senate,” said Freeholder Vice Director Len Desiderio. “And we’re asking for your vote too. Dave is a new voice for the people. It’s time for change in Trenton and Dave is our choice.”
Freeholder Ralph Sheets added, “I’ve known Dave for years and he’s a good man. He will make a terrific State Senator. So get out there Cape May County and vote Column 2 on Nov. 8. Vote for DeWeese, Fiocchi and Walters and our entire Column 2 Republican Team.”
“Dave DeWeese is the change we need in Trenton,” said Freeholder Jerry Thornton. “Dave will keep pushing for smaller government and lower taxes. Its time for Republicans to come home and vote for DeWeese, Fiocchi and Walters.”
Freeholder Susan Sheppard said, “Dave DeWeese is our choice for State Senate. He is a bright and energetic candidate. He will make a great state Senator and will be a tremendous partner for Governor Christie in Trenton.
