COURT HOUSE – Phyl’s Fund in collaboration with CancerCare of New Jersey will help sponsor a free weekend camp for bereaved children and families who have lost a family member to cancer. 
The program will take place from June 9-11 at a New Jersey Y camp in Milford, Pa.
A maximum of 15 families will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Activities will be geared toward children ages six through 15.  The camp will offer regular summer camp activities such as swimming, boating, and hiking and on Saturday, CancerCare will offer separate counseling sessions for adults and children, followed by a family session.

COURT HOUSE – Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital will offer free blood pressure screenings from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday in the Patient South Lobby. Call 463-2367.
– BTMH presents a Fitness Tips lecture on May 24 at 1 p.m. in the Fitness Center. The focus will be the benefits of exercise and how to exercise to achieve maximum results. Call 463-2348.
– CPR certification course will be offered on May 13, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in classrooms A and B. Fee is $35 and pre-registration is required.
– CPR re-certification will take place on May 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. in classrooms A and B. Class only is $15, or $25 for the class and manual. Pre-registration is required. Call 463-2367.
