Parrotheads ‘Yardsale for Charity’

By On Deck Staff

The Jersey Shore Parrot Head Club of Atlantic and Cape May Counties will sponsor its first annual Yardsale for Charity, Sunday, August 31, from 8:00 a.m. to noon in the Pet Pros parking lot right off of the circle in Somers Point.
The yard sale will be large and multifamily, with furniture, toys, and clothes, etc. All proceeds from table rentals will benefit Cape-Atlantic Citizens Altering the Strays (C.A.T.S.). Yard sale organizer Brandi Clisham promises a fun day with lots of bargains. “We encourage the public to come shop or rent a table for this great cause. Of course there will be Jimmy Buffett music playing in the background and even free coffee for the early birds!” For more information about table rentals, contact Brandi at b.clisham@comcast.net .
The Jersey Shore Parrot Head Club brings together people with similar interests in the music of Jimmy Buffet and organizes social gatherings, charitable fundraisers, and community service events throughout the year. For more information about the club, upcoming events, and membership, visit our website at www.jsphc.com . For more information about C.A.T.S., contact Judy Cantin, at wehelpcats@msn.com.
