Ocean View Woman Cited By Vineland Police In Double Fatal Crash

VINELAND – Police on Monday, Feb 22, cited Ping Huang, 32, of Ocean View the driver who allegedly went through a stop sign, causing a crash last week that killed her parents and injured four others.
Huang was issued a traffic summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Huang’s parents, Shuilan Huang, 71, and Yechen Xu, 73, both of Ocean View, were taken by helicopter to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, according to police. Both died later that afternoon.
The third vehicle, a blue pickup truck driven by Emroe Headley, 56, of Millville, was hit when the sedan, spinning out of control, collided with it.
In all, six people were transported to hospitals with injuries related to the crash..
