WILDWOOD – Owners of Morey’s Piers filed a lawsuit in state Superior Court to stop an electronic music festival scheduled for July 8-9, according to a report in The Press of Atlantic City.
The Morey Organization alleges the festival, hosted by BeachGlow Concerts for Charity, Inc., would interfere with its business and its patrons’ enjoyment of the amusement piers.
Superior Court Judge Nelson Johnson presided over a hearing in Atlantic City June 13. No decision was rendered, city officials told The Press.
