WILDWOOD – Mister Softee Inc. has filed a lawsuit claiming the operator of two boardwalk ice cream shops is selling products without their permission, NJ.com reports.
The lawsuit, filed in Camden federal court, claims Carl Gallucci, who operates two Mister Softee stands at 3118 and 3806 Boardwalk, Wildwood was originally licensed to operate both stands in June of 2010 under the Mister Softee brand name, but his licenses were terminated on July 12 due to failure to pay $1,728.54 in royalty fee obligations to Mister Softee.
The company claims they can no longer guarantee the health quality of the ice cream found at Gallucci’s stands, the report continued.
