Middle Township Police Report Weekly Arrests, Activity Feb. 18-24, 2019

During the week of Feb. 18-24, 2019 the members of the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 1,018 calls for service, averaging 145 per day. During the week a total of 11 adults were arrested for various offenses.
The following is a list of some of the more serious calls for service which occurred during the week:
Feb. 18, 2019:

WEEKLY ADULT ARREST REPORT
Feb. 18-24, 2019
Humberto Ramirez, 43, from Del Haven was arrested on February 19 by Patrolman Bakley and charged with Possession of Marijuana over 50 Grams but under 5 Pounds, Manufacturing, Distributing or Dispensing CDS, and Distributing CDS within 500 Feet of Public Housing, Park.
April A. Moss, 29, from North Cape May was arrested on February 20 by Corporal Larkin and charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of Self and an active warrant.
Harley P. Pierce, III, 37, from Whitesboro was arrested on February 20 by Patrolman Rocca and charged with an active warrant.
Shirley S. Moore, 28, from Somers Point was arrested on February 20 by Patrolman Reardon and charged with Burglary, Theft, and Conspiracy.
Jahquees T. Johnson, 20, from Burleigh was arrested on February 20 by Patrolman Reardon and charged with Burglary, Theft, and Conspiracy.
Jessica A. Garrison, 30, from Villas was arrested on February 20 by Patrolman Sunderhauf and charged with Shoplifting, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe, and an active warrant.
Brian S. Tyburski, 31, from Brigantine was arrested on February 21 by Patrolman Flounders and charged with Impersonating a Public Servant or Law Enforcement Officer.
Christopher J. Vesper, 27, from Villas was arrested on February 21 by Patrolman Reardon on an active warrant.
Paul Conway, 33, from North Wildwood was arrested on February 21 by Patrolman Russ and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and an active warrant.
Jeremiah Rodriguez, 26, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 22 by Patrolman MacCormack and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
James E. Redman, 26, from Cape May Court House was arrested on February 23 by Patrolman Quinlan and charged with Shoplifting, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possess with Intent to Use or Sell Hypodermic Syringe.
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
