WILDWOOD – State Superior Court Judge Nelson Johnson June 17 said the city may host a two-day electronic-dance music festival July 8-9, hosted by BeachGlow Concerts for Charity, Inc., according to a report in The Press of Atlantic City.
The suit filed by the owners of Morey’s Piers to stop the festival stated it wanted to hold city officials to a three-year pledge not to allow EDM concerts.
Johnson said he would hold BeachGlow to its promises to require artists to refrain from profanity, employ security and take other measures to ensure a safe festival.
