Santa Claus, his reindeer, Tommie the Train, and other North Pole friends are just a few of the scheduled activities for the Wetlands Institute’s annual Holiday Hoopla, Nov. 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Hoopla will feature live animal demonstrations every hour, as well as kid’s crafts, face painting, and tons of shopping.
Help Santa fill his sleigh with gifts from the Tidepool Museum Shop, the Craft Shop, and our Kids Only Secret Santa Shop.
Even after Black Friday is over, the Tidepool Shop will still offer huge holiday discounts.
The Tidepool Shop helps you “give green” by featuring hundreds of eco-friendly games, toys, and books, including Earthopoly, nature themed floor puzzles, and a wall of ‘go green’ books.
Between shopping and visiting all of the exciting activities, make sure you stop into the Wetlands’ Christmas Café featuring a variety of lunch selections including a homemade baked-goods table!
Savor you lunch, relax, and enjoy the sounds of strolling Christmas Carolers.
Before you leave, make sure you write your official letter to Santa Claus, and drop it in the Wetlands Institute mailbox. Santa has been known to pay special attention to the Wetlands Institute and everyone that supports us!
General Admission to Holiday Hoopla is $3 per person. The Wetlands Institute will also be accepting gifts for Toys for Tots throughout the holiday season.
For more information, call the Wetlands Institute at 609-368-1211 or go to our website at wetlandsinstitute.org.
