WEST CAPE MAY — Preservationist Joan Berkey has completed a review of a survey of the borough’s historic homes undertaken by the non-profit West Cape May History Committee, reported Mayor Pamela Kaithern at a June 27 borough commission meeting. It will be submitted to the state Historic Preservation Office after the approval of borough commission. Kaithern said the committee’s work saved the borough thousands of dollars.
