GREEN CREEK – Middle Township police, fire and rescue vehicles joined a welcome-home escort March 23 for Brian DeVico, returning from the Army to his Green Creek home shortly before noon. The escorts met DeVico at the Ocean View rest stop on Garden State Parkway. The escort followed Route 9 south to Route 47, then turned north at Rio Grande, sirens blaring and lights flashing.
