By Press Release

WOODBINE – The Borough of Woodbine has made application to the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Small Cities Public Facilities program for a grant in the amount of $400,000 for renovation to the Woodbine Fire Station complex.
Renovations and improvements will include reconstruction of the roof on both the 1903 and 1950s sections of the Fire Station and completing interior and exterior repair to areas compromised as a result of roof conditions.
“We feel the health and safety of the community will be served by our making these needed upgrades to our century-old Woodbine Fire Station,” noted Mayor Pikolycky. “Our historic Station will continue to be of ongoing use and importance as it serves its appointed purpose.”
