Woodbine Holds One Hundred and Fourteenth Swearing-In; Mayor Gives State-of-the-Borough Speech

WOODBINE — Mayor William Pikolycky is pleased to announce that the Borough of Woodbine held its 2016 swearing-in of Council members on Sunday, Jan. 3.
Councilman Joseph E. Johnson III was sworn in for his first term by his running mate Councilman Michael Benson.
Councilman Michael Benson was sworn in for his third term, by Borough Solicitor Rick Tonetta.
The Mayor gave his annual State of the Borough address.
“I congratulate Councilmen Johnson and Benson and look forward to working with them,” added Mayor Pikolycky. “I thank Councilman Johnson’s son Joseph E. Johnson IV for his inspiring singing of the National Anthem during the ceremony.”
