Woodbine Celebrates Mayors Day of Recognition for National Service

WOODBINE – The Borough of Woodbine celebrated its third annual Mayors Day of Recognition for National Service April 7.
The Mayor presented a Proclamation in honor of the day.
There are twelve Woodbine area residents who are Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) volunteers: Cape May County Advisory Council : Evelyn Perez, Sheila Harris, Borough employee Gloria Blakey, and Elizabeth Gummel; Woodbine Community Center: Pete Gilson, Paula Harris, Larry Jones, Sharon O’Neil ,and Aida Soto ;S.W.I.M Program: Brenda Rickley; VITA: Jay Levin; and VIM: Evelyn Coleman.
“I thank all of our senior volunteers and also all those throughout the community who volunteer in so many ways to benefit all of us,” commented Mayor Pikolycky.
