WOODBINE — Woodbine’s newest Borough Councilman Clarence Ryan took his oath of office Dec. 6 at Borough Hall. The oath was administered by Freeholder Leonard C. Desiderio as Freeholder Ralph E. Bakley Sr. watched.
Joining Ryan on the occasion were his wife, Tammy, sons, Clarence III, Tommy and daughter Mackenzie.
