WEST WILDWOOD — Borough Officials continue a program started in 2013 ensuring all employees are certified in CPR. The training occurred at Borough Hall on April 8. As a part of this training they also reviewed the deployment and operation of an Automated External Defibrillator, AED.
The Borough has an AED in the Tax Office and at the Public Works Yard in addition to the police vehicles.
The training was provided by Fire Chief William Cripps of the West Wildwood Volunteer Fire Company.
“The Borough continues to strive in improving our service to the tax payers,” said Mayor Fox. “Our Public Works and Tax Office staff are engaged daily in the community and can now render aid should the need arise until the arrival of EMS.”
