COURT HOUSE – Sen. Jeff Van Drew (D-1st) and Assemblyman Robert Andrzejczak (D-1st) were happy to honor and recognize all the postal employees and post offices throughout Cape May County for their hard work and dedication to their Annual Christmas Postal Food Drive.
This is the 31st year of the food drive that started in Wildwood and has spread throughout the county. It is a food drive we are proud of here in Cape May County and one that has inspired other counties to join as well as others statewide.
“I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your service and commitment to the residents you serve,” expressed Van Drew. “The enthusiasm you all bring to raise awareness for the food drive is admirable and is exactly why this food drive has been so successful in the past and continues to be going forward. Thank you for all that you do.”
“Thank you to the men and women of the postal service for your hard work and dedication to your community and the residents of Cape May County,” stated Andrzejczak in a release. “I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your commitment to this annual food drive; the difference being made for some families in need is priceless and they are forever thankful for all that you do.”
Food Drive is scheduled for Dec. 5 at your local post office.
