Every year someone shows up at church an hour early on the Sunday morning when everyone else turned back their clock at 2 a.m.
Ditto for those working Sunday morning. No one wants to arrive at work an hour early and sit in the car in the cold until everyone else arrives.
Your cell phone and computer will reset themselves. That leaves your wristwatch, microwave and range clock and time pieces in your living room, kitchen, bedrooms and the tricky digital clock in your car.
Don’t forget the clock on your lawn sprinkler system. Do you still have a VCR? Reset that as well.
Unless you like getting up at 2 a.m, and fooling with clocks at that hour, set your clock back one hour before going to bed tonight.
Those who work all night such as nurses and police personnel will find their shift extra long tonight.
A clue that you forgot to set your clock back is television programs seem to be airing at the wrong time. If you can’t find CBS Sunday Morning at 9 a.m., check your clocks.
It is impossible to reset your dog and cat. They will arise at their customary hour. If you are not sure what time it is, look at that little clock in the bottom right corner of your computer screen.
There is good news and bad news. First the good news, sunrise will occur at 6:32 a.m.. The bad news, the sun will set at 4:55 p.m. That’s right, before 5 p.m. The dark days of winter are coming.
Enjoy the video from George Harrison as you watch the sunrise via YouTube.
