Trump to Hold Rally in Wildwood Jan. 28

WILDWOOD – President Donald Trump will host a rally at the Wildwoods Convention Center Jan. 28 at 7 p.m., according to published reports.
Trump is likely to be accompanied by U.S. Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-2nd), who recently joined the Republican Party amidst the ongoing impeachment proceedings by the Democratic Party. Van Drew met with Trump at the White House in December 2019, where he pledged his “undying support” for the president, per media reports.
Cape May County Indivisible, a local political activism group, plans to hold a protest on the Boardwalk outside of the Convention Center during the rally.
