OCEAN CITY – Tony Wilson was officially sworn in on Thu., Nov. 17, as the new Third Ward Council Representative. Wilson was sworn in by Municipal Court Judge Richard Russell in Council Chambers with his wife Melissa and children Julia and Tony, Jr. in attendance.
Wilson will finish the unexpired term of Susan Sheppard, which was vacated when she was elected Cape May County Freeholder. The upcoming elections in May of 2012 will determine who will fill the third ward seat for a full four-year term.
