NORTH WILDWOOD – Beginning May 27, and continuing until Sept. 2, the Lou Booth Amphitheater, adjacent to the North Wildwood seawall, will be the sight of a veteran flag ceremony similar to the long-standing ceremony at Sunset Beach near Cape May Point.
The flags raised will be casket flags brought by the families of decorated veterans. North Wildwood Mayor Patrick Rosenello announced the start of a new tradition at the city’s May 15 Council meeting, saying that “families from across the city have gotten involved.”
