PETERSBURG – At its Feb. 27 meeting, Upper Township Committee heard from Paul Dietrich, municipal engineer, about an initiative he is working on with the township’s Economic Development Commission. “The idea is to identify and work with company sponsors who might want to help fund solar charging stations. We’re thinking one at maybe Caldwell Park on Stagecoach Road and at Amanda’s Field at Route 50. These charging stations would be a great benefit to park users and visitors as well as all the residents of Upper.”
