Stone Harbor Announces Completion of Property Revaluation

STONE HARBOR – As ordered by the Cape May County Board of Taxation, a total revaluation of all properties located within the Borough of Stone Harbor has been completed. 
A letter dated Jan. 22, 2018 indicating the new assessment based on the information currently available regarding properties within Stone Harbor and an analysis of all relevant market data was mailed to all homeowners.
In the event that you feel this value is not a fair representation of you property’s market value please contact Vital Communications, Inc. within five (5) business days of this notification.
To arrange an appointment to present information that can be used by Vital Communications, Inc. for further consideration please call (609) 272-6690 between the hours of 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. 
Informal reviews of assessments will be held in the Stone Harbor Municipal Building 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, NJ.  If you are unable to meet in person, phone interviews can be scheduled.
