ERMA- Everybody knows how talented the drivers of snowplows are from our local towns and county public works departments.
They get us back on the road after 20 inch blizzards, often driving all night.
The Cape May County Public Works Association hosted the annual Snow Plow Rodeo Oct. 18 at the Naval Air Station Wildwood located at the County Airport. There were 33 entries in this year’s event representing Cape May County departments, local municipalities and other agencies.
Freeholder Director Dan Beyel said, “The main objective of the rodeo is to promote safety and constructive competition while preparing equipment and operators for the upcoming winter season.”
Teams competed in three different categories; Class A – vehicles 15,000 pounds and under,
Class B – vehicles between 15,000 and 26,000 pounds and Class C – vehicles 26,000 pounds and over. The following are the winners of the 2011 Snow Plow Rodeo.

Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
