Smoking Banned

DENNISVILLE – Dennis Township Committee moved April 9 to ban smoking at public parks and outdoor recreation facilities. The New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act bans smoking at indoor public spaces, which includes the recreation center. Smoking cigarettes, cigars, and pipes as well as using vapes or smokeless tobacco devices will be prohibited at public parks, and all recreation facilitates. The township will be posting signs informing the public of the ban.
