Deputy Attorney General John Quelch is assigned by the New Jersey Attorney General as director of the commission. The commission is divided in two sub-committees; the standards committee and the appeals and legislation committee.
“It has been a privilege to serve on the commission,” Schaffer said. “I have served on the standards committee for most of my tenure and now on the legislation and appeals committee. Commissioner Frank-White has done an outstanding job as chairperson and I have always admired her leadership ability. I look forward to continuing the positive direction she had taken the police training commission on important decisions that must be made.”
