NORTH WILDWOOD – North Wildwood City Council will hold a hearing July 24 at 6 p.m. in council chambers to obtain comment whether Seaport Pier should be included in the Recreation and Open Space Inventory (ROSI) list.
Mayor Patrick Rosenello said the property is on the list while the pier is not. According to the notice, “It is the city’s assertion that Seaport Pier was never held for recreation or conservation purposes.” The application for removal must be approved by the state Department of Environmental Protection.
