PETERSBURG – Upper Township Committee member Curtis Corson apprised those attending the Oct. 22 committee meeting, that there had been a recent spate of vehicle break-ins in the vicinity of Stagecoach Road and Evergreen Drive in Seaville. “It appears these vehicles were unlocked so please, please, lock your cars and hide any valuables in them which might attract these break-ins. Hopefully, there won’t be more,” Corson said. The Herald contacted the New Jersey State Police at Woodbine Station for details and was referred to headquarters public affairs. Trooper Alejandro Goez, Public Information Bureau, stated, “In the last two months, one vehicle break-in was reported to State Police in Upper Township. The incident is currently under investigation.”
